Manzi entwickelt handgemischte Bio-Fynbos-Teemischungen aus wildgewachsenen Pflanzen Südafrikas, ergänzt durch unbehandelte Bio-Gewürze und -Kräuter. Die Zutaten stammen direkt von Familienbetrieben, werden lokal verarbeitet und in Zürich in kleinen Chargen gemischt. Daraus entstand der Rooibos Espresso – ein eigenständiges Getränk, das die Prinzipien der Kaffeezubereitung neu interpretiert. Fein gemahlener Bio-Rooibos wird mit Espressomaschine, Bialetti oder Filter zubereitet: koffeinfrei, reich an Antioxidantien, cremig und süss-nussig im Geschmack.
