The NTN Inno­va­tion Booster “Applied Circular Sustain­ability” goes into the second round

The National Thematic Network (NTN) supports radi­cally inno­v­a­tive circular solu­tions in “Circular Boosts” with exper­tise and funding. It aims to achieve 100% circular prod­ucts and services.

 
Appli­ca­tions for partic­i­pa­tion in the programme are welcome from both start-ups and estab­lished compa­nies that are looking for a boost for their circular idea and are willing to push the idea to market matu­rity. From all appli­ca­tions received, a jury of experts will select six teams.

The idea submis­sion for the 2nd Circular Boost is open from 01 July to 13 August 2021.

The six selected teams will receive funding of CHF 15,000 for the further devel­op­ment of their projects and are required to contribute 20% of their own funds. In addi­tion, they will be supported with exper­tise from the fields of mate­rials research, product and process devel­op­ment, busi­ness models and life­cycle analysis in two moder­ated Design­Thinking sprints to further develop their idea into a 100% circular solu­tion. In a final pitch, they can present their idea to a broad audi­ence.
