In their insti­tute for creativity and trans­for­ma­tion House of Change and the creative festival of the same name, they share their knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence of devel­op­ment and inno­va­tion processes in the form of lectures, work­shops and talk and consulting.

Over the past 20 years, the two sisters Marisa Burn and Raphaela Pichler have founded and initi­ated various compa­nies and projects. Among others, the first Swiss design online maga­zine and design studio Hope­hope, the art project Currency Maga­zine, musical worlds with Pine & Stone, the concept store and design studio Burn­ing­lights and currently the insti­tute for creativity and trans­for­ma­tion House of Change.
