Ribelli cele­brated its premiere in 2020 with the opening of the 25hours Hotel in Vienna. The concept was then trans­ferred to the group’s first hotel in Zurich West. Culi­nary-wise, the restau­rant has three pillars: The Salumeria with antipasti, pizza and pasta. In addi­tion to the 80 seats inside, there are 30 garden seats which are located in the middle of the “Wilder Gärtner”, a new market­place of the hotel.
