Coole Collab

The collab between Gela­teria di Berna and the Design Preis Schweiz is both eye-catching and a treat for the palate, natural and sustain­able. The ingre­di­ents are white tomato juice from Foodoo and quince juice from Theo Wanner. The sorbet is freshly prepared in the branches and comes with a crack­ling surprise. That’s where the name comes from, because comets are known to consist of ice, dust and loose rock.

By the way, the pack­aging is by Zurich designer Yael Anders, who is also currently designing the look of the awards. «Hale-Bopp» is thus a cool combi­na­tion of urban plea­sure, style and sustain­ability.
