The Ducksch Anliker Group, orig­i­nally founded in 1971, was initi­ated by Christoph Ducksch. Stephan Anliker joined the company in 1977 and became a co-owner in 1986. Together, they led the company until 2000, when Anliker acquired all the shares. Under his lead­er­ship, the company grew steadily, with values such as entre­pre­neur­ship and conti­nuity guiding their actions. Since 2023, the group has been led by CEO Gian Kämpf, with Tom Rickli chairing the busi­ness manage­ment over the service sectors. Stephan Anliker now focuses on his role as Chairman of the Board of Direc­tors. Since 2023, Ducksch Anliker has been a partner of the Design Prize Switzer­land and will provide the newly reno­vated kiln hall for the award cere­mony of Edition 25 in 2025, further strength­ening the connec­tion to local design tradi­tion.
