Since 2015, roots has been cele­brating plant-based gastronomy in uncom­pli­cated, modern surround­ings. The restau­rant on Münster­gasse impresses with striking metal and mirror details, natu­rally warm furni­ture and fabrics, and a brute concrete look. The inte­rior design comes from the Swedish design studio Specific Generic. The food offer includes freshly prepared bowls, smoothies, sand­wiches and comfort food of the finest quality.
