David Marquardt

David Marquardt grad­u­ated in archi­tec­ture from the Swiss Federal Insti­tute of Tech­nology (ETH) in Zurich in 1993 and went on to work for several years with renowned archi­tects both in Switzer­land and abroad. In 1997, he was appointed to lead the in-house archi­tec­ture depart­ment of the Swiss luxury brand Bally, where he was respon­sible for devel­oping and imple­menting concepts for the brand’s global network of boutiques. Since founding MACH Archi­tec­ture and Inte­rior Design in 2000, David Marquardt and his team have success­fully real­ized projects around the world for pres­ti­gious brands and private clients. Today, MACH advises compa­nies on the strategic plan­ning of their spatial brand repre­sen­ta­tion, with a focus on inno­v­a­tive retail concepts and sustain­able work and learning envi­ron­ments.
