David Marquardt
David Marquardt graduated in architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich in 1993 and went on to work for several years with renowned architects both in Switzerland and abroad. In 1997, he was appointed to lead the in-house architecture department of the Swiss luxury brand Bally, where he was responsible for developing and implementing concepts for the brand’s global network of boutiques. Since founding MACH Architecture and Interior Design in 2000, David Marquardt and his team have successfully realized projects around the world for prestigious brands and private clients. Today, MACH advises companies on the strategic planning of their spatial brand representation, with a focus on innovative retail concepts and sustainable work and learning environments.
