Claudia Salzmann
The dynamic Bernese is a culinary editor for the Tagesanzeiger and the Sonntagszeitung. Before that, she was a gastronomy reporter at BZ and Bund for several years, a guest lecturer at MAZ and a blogger at Gault Millau. Claudia Salzmann’s main focus in writing is on gastronomy. In addition to her job, she’s completing a master’s degree in multimedia journalism.
