Claudia Salz­mann

The dynamic Bernese is a culi­nary editor for the Tage­sanzeiger and the Sonntagszeitung. Before that, she was a gastronomy reporter at BZ and Bund for several years, a guest lecturer at MAZ and a blogger at Gault Millau. Claudia Salzmann’s main focus in writing is on gastronomy. In addi­tion to her job, she’s completing a master’s degree in multi­media jour­nalism.
