Frühe graphische Äusserungen

How do young children’s pictures «come into being» and develop, together with the iconic, symbolic and aesthetic insights that they express? This question has been investigated in an empirical study under the title «Early graphic expressions – empirical reference Europe», on the basis of 25000 drawings and paintings made by some 200 children aged between 1 and 6. The findings of the study have now been presented in the form of a publicly accessible and systematically arranged database, accompanied by a didactically prepared research report, a kind of «seminar».
