Absorber panel made from textile waste

ABSORBERPLATTE_AUS_RESTTEXTILIEN_VotingPhoto

Création Baumann develops absorber panels made from textile waste as a sustainable alternative to conventional acoustic materials. Made from 100% flame-retardant Trevira CS, they use pre-consumer textiles and production offcuts from the company’s vertically integrated processes. A multi-step in-house procedure enables collection, sorting, and pressing into stable panels, later refined into high-performance acoustic solutions (Class A–C). Monomateriality, short supply chains, and closed-loop recycling ensure resource efficiency and reduced CO₂ emissions.
