Château de Raymontpierre

Chateau_de_Raymontpierre_VotingPhoto

Château de Raymontpierre is an exclusive hideaway in the heart of wild nature – not a hotel, but a “home away from home.” Guests are welcomed personally and dine together at a long communal table. A gentle renovation blends historic grandeur with timeless elegance: moonwood from the estate’s forests shapes floors, walls, and furniture, while Jura limestone and reused materials add authenticity. Sustainability extends to farm and kitchen, where nose-to-tail and leaf-to-root principles guide the use of ingredients sourced from the garden, forest, and surrounding region.
