Capet is the second venture of the Silex team, continuing its focus on product-driven cuisine. Around 15 frequently changing dishes in a bistronomy style are paired with a wine list highlighting winemakers who work with minimal intervention and close to nature. The selection is complemented by vermouths and sherries served by the glass. Sustainability defines both the kitchen and its network of producers, while an open space with a communal table, Goodlife Ceramics, and design classics shapes the atmosphere. Fair working conditions and a stable team form the foundation of the concept.
