In an industrial hall, the AO Foundation created a forward-looking workspace between Davos and Zurich – a hub for conferences, workshops, and collaboration. At its heart is a multi-level Alpine-inspired landscape, enriched with biophilic elements that form a dynamic topography. A multifunctional wooden structure zones the space, regulates acoustics, and channels daylight inside. Flexible workstations, meeting rooms, and lounges merge nature, technology, and New Work principles into an identity-shaping environment that fosters wellbeing, inspiration, and productivity.
