Rubber Band as a Game Typographische Zeichen und Formen
Anyone who has ever played with a rubber band is familiar with its attractive properties. A playful laying and tracing of forms leads to an investigation of the nature of signs. By trying out various combinations, libraries of typographical signs and forms can be created. These results have been minutely worked out, and are documented only in the form of photographs.
Comments of the nominators
Here we are impressed by the genius of the commonplace. A simple rubber band makes it possible to investigate the material-specific space in which signs can be formed.
