With the unconventional restaurant concept «Wirtshaus Rosi» Bavarian chef Markus Stöckle offers a new take on the traditional cuisine of Bavarian culture. In doing so, he interprets time-honored dishes in a contemporary manner, enriching the dishes with unusual accents and venturing into experimental territory, such as creations with fluorescent mushrooms or edible mold. The inn convinces with fine dining in high-end quality, playful aesthetics and playful illustration of the menus.
